Everything that's happened in the world this year has shone a brighter light on the responsibility that businesses have in shaping and contributing to communities, social and environmental issues. Businesses are being held more and more publicly accountable… and it’s exciting for brands to consider the different angles of business that might not already be on your audience's radar. The game? Elevate your operational transparency and bring people into your world!

If you’re a business that’s had to reposition this year, how are you telling your story of your “new now” to offer transparency and build brand trust?

Here are five angles to look at to share your business repositioning:

  1. Share and show how your client journey has changed.

  2. Share the new processes that you have adopted to ensure your clients' success. If your businesses has gone totally online, do you have new systems? New workflow processes? If your business is in-person, what health and safety measures have you put in place? What does it look like to do business with you? (Perhaps these new processes have opened up an even better way of working together?)

  3. Are you creating community for your people in an innovative new way? Let’s see this!

  4. Do you have a new way of using your office space? What does it look like?

  5. How are your values still at the centre of how you operate as a team and business?

How about you? Has your brand created a new way of doing business? Huge kudos to you first of all if so.

Second of all, make sure you are sharing all the changes with your audience! Sharing your stories and journey builds trust, engagement, and gives your audience an opportunity to join in your business journey.
