ACHICA and Rococo chocolates held a joint blogger event in Rococo's wondrous 'chocolate school' in London. Easter eggs galore! Bloggers were taught all about the history of cacao and the process the cacao bean goes through from bean to bar. Then, the best bit - got to make their own eggs. Chocolate glue is the magical way decorations are stuck on and how the two halves of the eggs end up together. Delish.
